REFUND POLICY

BILLING MODEL AND CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Refunds can be requested by a customer ONLY within 7 days of Sign up OR Start of the contract. The refund will be granted (if requested within 7 days of first sign-up or initiation of the contract), without any questions or conditions within 48 hours of the request. Any request for Refund by the customer after 7 days will be denied.

A customer can request cancellation of the services and such will be effective immediately and the services will NOT renew in the next billing cycle. However, the customer can use the service / product benefits till the period of the pre-paid billing cycle.

APPLICABLE LAW

Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the country listed in our contact information, i.e. India.
