Why Not to Hire a Full-Service Marketing Agency

Every comparison of full-service and specialist agencies ends in the same shrug: it depends on your needs. That answer is useless because it hides the arithmetic. A bundled retainer has to fund several disciplines out of one budget, and the way agencies solve that equation is structural, predictable, and almost always bad for the client. This is the model, the four failure modes it produces, the cases where full-service genuinely is the right call, and the lead-specialist arrangement most buyers actually want.

Email Marketing Agency in India: What to Ask Before You Sign

Email is the only channel you own outright, and most Indian brands hire for it badly. This guide covers what an email marketing agency in India actually does, why deliverability decides everything, what the DPDP Act changed about consent, what it really costs, and the questions that separate a lifecycle team from a bulk-mail shop.

Local SEO Checklist 2026: 52 Steps for Indian Businesses

Most local SEO checklists are written for a business in Ohio. This one is written for a business in Andheri, Salt Lake or Koramangala - where the local pack is decided by proximity you cannot control, where Justdial outranks you for your own service, and where AI assistants read a directory instead of your website. 52 steps across eight sections, ordered by what to do in week one and what can wait until month three.

SEO for Car Dealerships: The Budget Is in the Wrong Place

The average franchised dealership now spends more renting visibility from third-party listing sites than it spends on its own search presence - and the schema markup that every dealership SEO guide still recommends was deleted from Google's documentation in September 2025. Here is what actually holds rankings in car retail.

The Briefing Process That Halved Our Content Production Time

Every content brief template on the internet tells you which fields to fill in. None of them tells you who fills them in, in what order, or what happens when the answer is not known yet. That gap is where content production time actually goes. This is the briefing process we run on our own production line - six stages with named owners and time budgets, the eleven-block brief that came out of it, the four fields we deliberately removed, and the measured before-and-after on cycle time and revision rounds.

In-House SEO vs Agency: The Honest Cost Comparison

Almost every in-house versus agency comparison puts one salary against one retainer and calls it analysis. That comparison is wrong before it starts, because salary is roughly half of what an in-house SEO function actually costs. This is the fully loaded model - seven cost lines, three team scenarios, rupee and dollar figures, and the break-even threshold where building a team genuinely becomes the cheaper option.

We Tested 4 AI Engines on 15 Local Business Searches

We asked ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the same 15 local buyer questions - a dentist in Koramangala, an emergency plumber in Andheri East, a gym in Sector 29 - and logged all 60 answers and 1,050 citations. In India, 37% of the sources the engines read were third-party directories. On the identical questions asked about Austin, Manchester and Dubai, that figure was 6%. Justdial alone appeared in more than half of every Indian answer. This is the full dataset: which engine gives a local business the most room, which one refuses to answer, and what that means for the website you actually own.

Measuring ROI on Content That Never Ranks but Gets Cited

Every guide to content marketing ROI gives you the same formula: revenue minus cost, divided by cost. That formula needs a click. A growing share of our best-performing content produces no clicks at all - it ranks nowhere, gets cited everywhere, and shows up in sales calls as a sentence the prospect repeats back to us. So we stopped valuing pages on one stream and built a four-stream model instead. This is the full model, the worked example, the inputs and where to collect them, the keep-refresh-kill decision rule, and the three places the model is still guessing.

Every SaaS SEO Guide Says the Same Thing. We Checked.

We pulled the top 10 results for six B2B SaaS SEO queries, fetched all 28 reachable pages, and measured how similar they actually are. The finding surprised us: the outlines are not the same. Mean structural overlap was 0.31, and only three headings recurred on three or more pages. The sameness is somewhere else. Nine of 28 pages carried any first-party evidence, which means 68% of the page-one advice on this topic is recommended by someone who never published what happened when they ran it.

Schema Markup for AI Search: What Moved and What Didn't

On 7 May 2026 we deployed a full schema stack across 91 files on our own site - Article, Organization, Person, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage, ImageObject. Then we measured 90 days before against 90 days after in Search Console. The cleanest cohort we had, 27 case studies that got the entire schema stack and zero content changes, moved -6.4% on click-through rate. Site-wide click-through rose 58.7% at flat average position, and almost none of that is honestly attributable to the markup. Here is the full deployment log, the cohort data, and the one anomaly we still cannot explain.
